Emergency Exercise in Sqss

BlogMs had a very interesting time today in school, experiencing the emergency exercise.

We were supposed to enact a situation where there were an explosion in the science lab and then evacuate to the carpark. But did you know that there were a number of activities on going behind the scenes?



First, the emergency exercise teachers had to scour around to look for casualties. They went around all of the school and searched the rooms one by one.



Rooms which has no casualties are marked to let other people know that its been already checked.



Here is one of the casualties. He seems to have his knee hurt and cannot walk. The student helpers helped to carry him in the stretcher to the first aid room.



Where they will be taken cared of from the first aider.



And some of the teachers learnt some emergency exercise like putting out fires. BlogMs did not get a chance to see all of them unfortunately.
